Maybe we are failed in a task. But it can’t be our last effort. Always keep in mind that in each task either we would be succeeding in our goal or we will get experience with the learning of the best ways to success.

Why become distracted by a failure. Do the assessment of your preparation on every failure. Do the assessment of its shortcomings. Think where we have gone wrong. Maybe our preparations not up to mark to achieve that goal. Probably we do not do much preparation as required. It may also be lacking in our plan.
